Indeed a very hard choice. A woman (identiy withheld) at Ngongwa village- Kaham district- being operated on for cauterization- permanent sterlization though sealing of fallopian tubes. Women would not be forced to undergo such operations- less painful though- if men were considerate and the culture allowed a democratic environment whereby wives had control over their bodies and sexuality, and men and women could be talking sexuality matters freely.
